cameras


In 1826 A man in France took the very first photograph, he used a metal plate covered with bitumen. 12 years later a man called Jacques Daguerre, he made a camera and it used a copper plate, coated with silver. In 1888 an American man called George Eastman, made a small handheld camera. His photos came from Celluloid film. In 1900, a box camera called the Brownie Kodak company. From 1920 to 1940 better cameras with expensive lenses were made in Germany. Most cameras are now made in Japan.
